Hatha

Re-align.

Slower, posture-focused. The fix for kite posture and 5-hour-harness shoulders. Pick it on the days your body is asking for the fix.

Yin

Recover.

Long holds, deep release, guided breath. Pick it on the days when the kite took everything.
